Breathe New Life Into Healing: Now Offering Ozone Therapy at Our Clinic

We’re excited to share a new frontier in regenerative and integrative medicine now available at the clinic: Ozone Therapy.

Ozone, a highly active form of oxygen (O₃), has been used safely and effectively for decades across Europe and around the world for its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative effects. Today, it’s gaining traction in North America as a powerful adjunct for healing, recovery, and immune modulation.

At our clinic, we now offer three key types of ozone therapy:

1. Prolotherapy with Ozone (Prolozone)

If you’re struggling with chronic pain, joint instability, or soft tissue injuries, prolotherapy with ozone—also known as Prolozone—may be the solution you’ve been waiting for.

We combine the regenerative power of traditional prolotherapy (a treatment that uses natural solutions to stimulate your body’s healing response) with the added anti-inflammatory and oxygenating benefits of medical-grade ozone. This combination may:

  • Reduce inflammation and pain

  • Improve oxygen utilization in damaged tissues

  • Accelerate repair of ligaments, tendons, and joints

  • Support long-term structural healing

Prolozone is especially helpful for conditions like osteoarthritis, low back pain, rotator cuff injuries, hip and knee pain, and more.

2. Major Autohemotherapy (Ozone IV)

This therapy supports systemic healing by improving oxygen metabolism, enhancing detoxification, and modulating the immune system.

Here’s how it works:

  • A small amount of your blood is drawn

  • It’s mixed with medical ozone in a sterile environment

  • The ozonated blood is then re-infused into your body

The benefits? Patients often report improved energy, mental clarity, immune resilience, and recovery from chronic infections or inflammation. MAH has been studied as an adjunctive therapy for autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, and even for cancer support.

3. Minor Autohemotherapy (Ozone Injection)

Think of this as a natural immune “reset.” Minor autohemotherapy involves:

  • Drawing a small amount of blood

  • Mixing it with ozone

  • Injecting the mixture intramuscularly, often in the glute or shoulder

This technique has been used to help with chronic skin conditions, allergies, hormone balance, and overall immune strengthening. It’s a great option for those looking for a gentle yet powerful wellness boost.

Why Ozone?

Medical ozone therapy works by:

  • Stimulating circulation

  • Activating antioxidant defenses

  • Improving mitochondrial function (your cells’ energy centers)

  • Modulating the immune system, whether under- or overactive

It is an exciting and versatile treatment option that complements many of the therapies we already offer.

Is Ozone Therapy Right for You?

Whether you’re managing chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, or simply want to support your body’s natural healing capacity, ozone therapy may be worth exploring. As always, a thorough consult will help determine which type of ozone therapy (or combination) is best for your needs.
