Connection & Flow 2026 is a three-day women’s retreat on an 80 acre regenerative farm in Millarville. It's a weekend to reconnect with nature, community, and yourself. Camp under the open sky, move your body, share meals, and take part in inspiring workshops, healing sessions, and creative experiences. With yoga, sound baths, laughter, learning, and moments of stillness, you’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and reconnected to your natural flow.

Your Connection & Flow 2026 ticket includes:

Full access to all retreat programming, workshops, and activities throughout the weekend.

Breakfast, lunch, supper and nourishing snacks on Saturday and Brunch and snacks on Sunday

Access to all movement, mindfulness, and creative sessions

Evening gatherings, including the Full Harvest Moon Ceremony and Sound Bath, Hot Tub and Sauna sessions and more!

Time to rest, connect, and enjoy nature at your own pace

Please note:
Spaces are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift or sell your ticket to another female guest.

Camping onsite is unserviced. Generator users will be enoucraged to camp in a separate area and only run their generators during certain hours. Camping is an extra fee, $50 per night per tent, $100 per night for larger units - no matter the occupancy. All camping fees go directly to the property owners. There are hotel and airbnb options nearby as an alternative.
